Qualified engineers in the Certus IT support team take responsibility for the day to day administration of your network.

Whether it is creating news users, changing security settings, installing software or fixing problems, the support team are able to remotely make the required changes quickly and efficiently.

If required, on-site visits are co-ordinated to install new equipment, and dedicated project management ensures that this activity is planned and executed effectively with minimum disruption.

A dedicated customer services team is responsible for providing feedback on key issues, and escalating problems within the support team to ensure rapid resolution times.
